Stages Of Depression

Talking about pain is something that is so personal can not be explained. Each of us, young or old felt pain at some point in our lives. Pain may be expressed about the loss of a loved one or loss of a relationship.

So what is the pain? Pain is a perfectly normal emotion or reaction to an experience where there is loss of something that is important to them. It could be the death of a person, a loved one or end a relationship. Although pain is not a medical condition, some people pain is so complicated that affect their physical and mental.

There are seven distinct stages of grief and mourning. They can be of different degrees for different people. And if you're convinced or not, pain is part of the healing process. But remember that there is no fixed format mourning the model should work, the measurements may be different for different people. These steps are listed alphabetically.

Acceptance
This is an essential part of mourning. It is important for us to accept that the loss occurs if the loss of a loved one or loss of a relationship. This is final. If the death of a loved one is concerned, it is a permanent loss and is more difficult to tackle. But there must be acceptance of the loss for you to move to the next step and a step in the healing process.

Anger
Anger is an essential part of the grieving process. Rage and anger is often worse when there is a breakdown, divorce or loss of a relationship. It is rare that anger at a lover who has died or is dead. And in this case, anger is directed towards other people, such as family members, doctors and others involved.

Disclaimer
Most say it is the first step in the grieving process, denial! Most people can not accept that the relationship has ended or a person died. Denial is the most natural way to deal with this: it is a defense mechanism.

Depression
Depression is a deep sense of loss and despair. It is an emotional state of mind where you feel that nothing in the world is worth living. Depression is a stage of grief that must be taken very seriously. Symptoms of depression include insomnia, poor concentration and loss of appetite. Some people become so severe depression they need professional treatment, such a state of depression is called clinical depression, which could also affect the physical health of a person.

Fear
Fear is a very critical stage in the process of bereavement, fear comes from the state of insecurity and pain occurs in any situation, whether death or end of a relationship. Fear is something that is more obvious in children who suffer from pain.

Guilt
In case of death or loss of relationship most of us suffer from guilt. Nov. automatically that things might be different if we did things differently. But nothing will change what happened and the sooner a person realizes this the better.

Shock
The shock is a kind of psychological mechanism that protects us from the harsh reality of the death of a loved one or the harsh reality of divorce or separation. Being in a state of shock allows a person to function normally for a short period, until the fog rises and the reality hits.

Most of us are a form of pain, but most often is shock, denial, guilt, fear, anger, depression and finally acceptance and hope.
