CURE YOUR DEPRESSION

Beating Depression With A Notebook

Depression affects millions of Americans, not only, but it's a daily struggle for millions. Although there is no doubt that the best cure for depression is a medical treatment by a psychiatrist and therapist, there are things we can do to help us as well. No matter how depressed you become, there is always hope of a cure and there are many ways to contribute to this recovery. One of those ways is through journaling.

Whether an old notebook, a Blogger account, or Word document, a newspaper may be one of the most important tools you have in the fight against depression. Is highly recommended by therapists for those who suffer from a variety of mental illnesses. But if you have not logged in, you may not know exactly what to write! Here are some ideas of things you can connect every day to encourage and ease your soul.

Gratitude

List five things you are grateful. To do this, every day, and although it may be difficult at first, you'll see that he not only becomes easier, but it will show you all the things we can be grateful. Whether it's a warm breeze, the support of a friend or a food of choice, there are things in this world who are so incredibly grateful to be there.

Positive

This time, try to write five positive things that took place during the day. It may be something out of bed, development of themes, or to work. Nothing better to think of this day is a fair game. If you focus on the everyday positive, you will remember that not everything is negative, even though depression does look like that.

Achievements

Give what you have done in life and your thoughts on them. For example, I wrote that I speak fluent Japanese. It's something I'm proud and certainly a success. You do not have to be fluent in a language other things to do, though. After graduating from high school or college, get married, have children, helping others, learning to knit, what you're proud of what you do, write and think. You'll soon realize that you really did a lot at a time when it feels as if life was a mess.

Objectives

Write a goal for each day, or a list of goals we want to achieve both short and long term, gives us something to work. Reminding us that we have things we still want to accomplish in our lives can give us the motivation to get out of bed in the morning or go out to get closer to these goals.

Rule number one is that you log therapy should not be allowed to come through the negativity. If you focus on the negatives, this exercise will have no effect.

All these ideas are excellent for getting started on logging, but they're certainly not alone options. The sky is the limit! Write what you want to write. Let your feelings is an important part of this process. Good luck!
