Religious and spiritual ties

Simple Cure For Depression

Yet another biological link between mental illness such as depression and schizophrenia and the physiology of the brain has been discovered by researchers at the Douglas Mental Health Institute at the University of Montreal.

Anhedonia, or the inability to enjoy the simple pleasures as great as the average person is a symptom of diseases such as depression. It may also be due to a smaller area of the brain that are processed pleasures. The researchers found that patients suffering from anhedonia Douglas were as small surface area of the brain called the caudate nucleus above. Rule number one is that you log therapy should not be allowed to come through the negativity. If you focus on the negatives, this exercise will have no effect.
